I recently stayed at this hotel in a room with a veranda facing the beautiful park across the street. The location couldn't be better, as it allowed easy access to all the attractions in the area. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The apartments are reasonably priced handy to things mainly Auroa Park. very Clean. Some apartments need renovating the one we were in the carpets stained a few other things could be upgraded but for the price it was okay. Wouldn't want to pay any more though.Will be back again in July.

My girlfriend and checked in late and were so happy that the manager had stayed up to meet us and she had turned the hearing on too. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was great, we loved the bath which was seperate to the shower. Highly reccomend to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return; the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the peaceful location was conveniently close to all the attractions.

The beds were comfortable, and it's within walking distance to the town clock, we really liked the location and rooms, and it's only a 15-minute drive from the airport.

It was nice and close to the shops and restaurants, We went out for dinner that night and we were able to walk there and back.

we enjoyed our stay. city park is a few metres away. good hospitality. one of the restaurants, titanium bar and bistro, was within a walking distance of the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was opposite a beautiful park and just a short walk to the shopping mall. It was also close to everything, making it convenient for us to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room itself was small but quaint, providing a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff at the reception were lovely and very helpful, even though we were running late. it was excellent value for money and we will definitely stay again next time we visit.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The place was undergoing an upgrade and the room I was first allocated was not complete so I was very quickly and efficiently moved to a great aprtment with all I could wish

The rooms are not all easily accessed by a person with mobility issues but that was dealt with in a very compassionate method

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, right opposite a beautiful park. The rooms were basic but had a lovely veranda with a balcony facing the park, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and provided good service, and the hotel had all the basic amenities I needed. The beds were a bit squeaky, but overall, it was good value for money.

No negative aspects mentioned.

I stayed here. And the service at reception was just fantasrtic. Also had some noisy patrons for the night and I got an aoplogy for this as well. It was excellent. Close to town. If you want something budget priced within walking distance to the city then this is the place for you.i will use this accomodation again for sure.

Location

Due to its age, it needs more maintenance and carpark/access areas need work to remove safety hazards. Parking areas were difficult to navigate - both are to bee addressed when weather allows. They wanted to charge extra for the little one even though the reciept from Booked.net had included 5 people and there were only 3 of us. This may be something Booked.net needs to sort out with its advertisers as it could ruin a good stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to everything in the city. It is just a short walk to the shopping mall and the town centre. The hotel is also situated down a steep hill, providing a nice view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. The newly renovated apartments are a great advantage for guests.

The parking situation at the hotel can be difficult due to narrow spaces and concrete barriers.

i have never stayed in a place that was so unclean, there were cobwebs on the balcony and the cups were all stained, I put the towel down on the floor (carpet) as i didnt want to walk on the floor with bare feet and when i removed the towel it was so dirty from the carpet , there was a smell in the room and we had to leave to door open all night. there was no light on the stairs and my partner fell. i reported this when we were checking out and she said oh I will get someone to look at it, she didnt even ask if my partner was okay and i mentioned that he hurt his back. i would never stay there again and i would never recommed it to anyone, i understand it was cheap but it should be advertised as a back packers place so people are aware that it isnt the best.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location opposite a beautiful park adds to the charm. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and some even come with a balcony facing the park, allowing for a pleasant outdoor experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
